The ten-minute walk that clears the day

A short transition for moving your body, lowering the noise and returning home with more attention.

A walk does not need to be a workout, a streak or a personality. Ten minutes can simply be the bridge between the part of the day that took from you and the part that still needs you.

Make the walk frictionless

  • Use the same easy route most days.
  • Leave the headphones behind once or twice a week.
  • Walk after dinner, before pickup or immediately after work.
  • Keep the pace comfortable enough to think clearly.
  • Turn around at five minutes so the plan cannot expand.

Let small count

You are not trying to win a step contest. You are making movement easier to repeat and giving your attention somewhere to settle.

If walking causes pain, dizziness, chest discomfort or unusual shortness of breath, stop and seek appropriate medical guidance.
