The 15-minute weekend command-center reset

One short household sweep for calendars, forms, bags and the week about to arrive.

The goal is not to organize the whole house. It is to clear the few departure points where Monday tends to fail.

Reset the launch points

  • Clear the calendar of outdated notes.
  • Sign or place forms that must leave the house.
  • Return bags and keys to their assigned spots.
  • Charge the devices needed Monday.
  • Name the busiest handoff of the coming week.

End with one owner

Assign the action that prevents the biggest problem. A visible task with an owner beats a shared intention nobody realizes they own.

Stop at fifteen minutes. If one area repeatedly consumes the reset, it needs a simpler permanent system.
